Utilizing a counter-current solvent extraction process for the continuous extraction of oil from soybean flakes, this method—unlike mechanical pressing—delivers higher oil yields and lower residual oil content in the soybean meal, making it the mainstream solution for modern soybean oil production.
Soybean oil extraction plant is core industrial equipment for edible oil factories, adopting solvent counter-current extraction technology. The main host is the rotary extractor. The complete line can run continuously for 24 hours, with low meal residual oil and high oil yield. Custom capacity from 50 to 3000 tons per day. Working Principle
Pretreated soybean flakes enter the rotary extractor. Solvent contacts soybean flakes in counter-current way to dissolve oil into miscella. Wet meal goes to desolventizer-toaster to remove solvent and produce high-protein soybean meal. Miscella is separated by evaporation and stripping to get crude soybean oil. Solvent is condensed and recycled for reuse. The whole system works under negative pressure for safety.
