Horizontal Leaf Filter is a fully enclosed pressure-type solid-liquid separation equipment. With a horizontal tank design, the built-in filter leaf bundle can be hydraulically pulled out of the vessel entirely for inspection and maintenance.

Slurry is pumped into the tank. Under pressure, liquid permeates the filter medium while solid particles form filter cakes on the surface of filter leaves. It supports cake washing, air drying, and automatic vibration cake discharge for either dry cake or wet cake discharging. It is widely adopted for batch clarification of low-solid-content liquid.

Structure

Horizontal pressure vessel: Carbon steel or stainless steel pressure-resistant cylinder with tight sealing.

Filter leaf assembly: Multiple fan-shaped filter leaves with double-side filtration. Filter cloth or metal screen optional, SS304/SS316L available.

Hydraulic push-pull mechanism: Hydraulic power unit and rail frame to extract the whole filter leaf bundle.

Vibration slag discharge device: Vibration motor helps filter cake fall off automatically.

Piping & instruments: Inlet, filtrate outlet, vent port, pressure gauge and differential pressure monitoring ports.

Control system: Optional PLC automatic control for full-cycle operation.
