Vertical rendering kettle is special equipment for animal oil refining. Made of 304 stainless steel, it supports electric, thermal oil and steam heating. Equipped with stirring system, it adopts closed negative pressure cooking. It features precise temperature control, high oil yield and low smoke. Suitable for lard, tallow and chicken fat, widely used in oil plants and slaughterhouses.
Vertical oil rendering pot is a sealed special equipment for animal oil extraction. With compact vertical structure, it is mainly used to render lard, beef tallow, mutton tallow, chicken oil, duck oil and other animal fats, producing edible animal oil and feed oil. Widely applied in slaughterhouses, oil refineries and feed mills.
Heated by thermal oil or steam jacket, it supports both atmospheric and negative pressure vacuum processes. The low-temperature rendering under negative pressure reduces oil oxidation and acid value. Fully sealed operation minimizes odor emission to meet environmental standards.
Working Principle
Crushed fat raw materials are fed into the kettle. Indirect jacket heating together with built-in agitator ensures uniform heating. Under negative pressure, boiling point is lowered for low-temperature dehydration and oil separation. Oil, water and residues separate automatically. Crude oil and dregs are discharged via dedicated outlets. The whole process is airtight, with waste gas collected centrally to avoid odor leakage.
Process Flow
Raw material crushing → feeding → sealed rendering → oil-water-residue separation → crude oil filtration → finished oil storage. Residues can be re-pressed for residual oil recovery.
