Vertical Leaf Filter

The vertical leaf filter—also known as an enclosed leaf filter or vibrating-discharge leaf filter—is a pressurized, enclosed solid-liquid separation device. It features multiple sets of stainless steel filter leaves installed vertically within the tank and utilizes pressure to clarify, decolorize, and remove impurities from liquids; the most common configuration employs a pneumatic vibration system for automatic discharge of the filter cake.

Product Details

Vertical leaf filter, also known as closed leaf filter or vibration slag-discharging leaf filter, is a pressurized closed solid-liquid separation equipment. Multiple sets of stainless steel filter leaves are vertically installed inside the tank. It completes liquid clarification, decolorization and impurity removal under pressure. The mainstream type adopts pneumatic vibration for automatic slag discharge, which is widely used to replace plate and frame filter presses.
