The Bleaching Earth Decolorization Filter is specialized solid-liquid separation equipment designed for use after the bleaching earth decolorization process. It replaces traditional plate-and-frame filter presses in many applications; the process involves first using activated bleaching earth in a decolorization tank to adsorb pigments and gums from the liquid, followed by using this machine to filter and separate the bleaching earth powder from the liquid.

Working Principle

A pump feeds the mixture of liquid and bleaching earth into a sealed tank, forcing the liquid under pressure through vertically mounted stainless steel filter leaves;

Bleaching earth powder is trapped on the surface of the filter leaves, forming a filter cake, while the clarified liquid passes through the mesh into the interior of the leaves and flows out through the discharge port;

As the filter cake thickens, the internal pressure rises; feeding stops once the preset pressure is reached;

Compressed air is introduced to force residual liquid from the cake back into the decolorization tank and to dry the filter cake;

The bottom butterfly valve opens and the vibration motor activates, shaking off the bleaching earth residue, which is then discharged from the conical bottom, completing the cycle.
