Working Principle

Raw materials are fed into the horizontal rendering kettle and continuously turned over by the stirring system, while heated evenly by heating system. Animal fat melts gradually under heating, separating grease from fat tissue to form mixture of oil and dregs. After sufficient rendering, oil and residues are separated. Crude oil flows into storage tank, while oil dregs are discharged for further treatment. The horizontal structure enables continuous material feeding and large-scale processing.
