The entire system utilizes a continuous high-pressure screw extrusion process within a fully automated production line. After undergoing cleaning, impurity removal, and temperature-controlled roasting, the rapeseed is evenly fed into the pressing chamber. There, it is continuously advanced and compressed by the screw shaft; the chamber's volume progressively decreases to generate high pressure, causing the oil to rapidly seep out through the gaps between the pressing bars. The resulting dry oil cake is automatically discharged from the end of the machine. The crude oil undergoes centrifugal, vacuum, or plate-and-frame filtration to remove residues, phospholipids, and impurities, yielding a clear, finished rapeseed oil that is free of sediment and foaming—all achieved through a fully automated, continuous production process requiring no operational interruptions.

Production Line Configuration

Pre-treatment: Vibrating sieve, destoner, magnetic separator, elevator and seed roaster to remove impurities and control seed moisture.

Pressing Host: Screw oil press with auto temperature control for hot/cold pressing.

Filtration Unit: Optional vacuum filter, centrifugal filter or plate-frame filter for different oil clarity requirements.

Auxiliary parts: Electric control cabinet, oil storage tanks, cake conveyor and cooling system.

Process flow: Rapeseed → impurity removal → feeding → roasting → physical pressing → crude oil filtration → finished oil storage.
